M&A Security Program Manager

OpenAI is seeking a Program Manager to own security and IT M&A programs from diligence to Day 1 readiness, onboarding, and ongoing ownership. You will partner with Corporate Development, IT, Infrastructure, Legal, Privacy, Security, and GRC to define requirements and clear decision rights, applying principled judgment to drive programs with speed and care. You will learn partner workflows, identify bottlenecks, and build scalable frameworks and intake paths.
