Small Engine Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment with small engines. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, spark plug replacements, and filter replacements - Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on vehicles and equipment - Conduct electrical repairs and troubleshooting - Weld and solder components as needed - Perform generator repairs and maintenance - Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve problems - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions - Keep accurate records of repairs and services performed Experience: - Previous experience as a Small Engine Mechanic - Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques - Proficient in electrical repairs and troubleshooting - Experience with generator repair is a plus - Ability to use hand tools effectively - Welding and soldering skills are highly desirable - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong attention to detail - Stihl Product Service Certification Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.
