Job Title: Exterior Cleaning Technician (House Washing, Windows, Solar, Decks)Company: Rogall + Co. Location: Morro Bay, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimePay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)Position OverviewRogall + Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Exterior Cleaning Technician to support our mission of protecting and maintaining coastal homes. This role focuses on delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services including house washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and deck/patio maintenance.This is a field-based role for someone who takes pride in their work, operates efficiently, and represents the company professionally on-site with customers.Key ResponsibilitiesField ExecutionPerform house washing using soft wash and pressure washing methodsClean exterior and interior windows, including screens and tracksClean solar panels to improve performance and longevityClean decks, patios, railings, and other exterior surfacesIdentify and report visible damage (dry rot, failing paint, etc.)Quality & CraftsmanshipDeliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with company standardsProtect surrounding areas including landscaping, fixtures, and finishesUse proper cleaning techniques, tools, and solutions for each surfaceCustomer InteractionCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeownersWalk clients through completed work when appropriateRepresent Rogall + Co. as a trusted advisor in home careSafety & EquipmentFollow all job site safety protocolsSafely climb, set up, and work from ladders and roofsMaintain and care for tools, equipment, and company vehiclesTeam CollaborationWork with crew leads, project managers, and office teamFollow schedules and job sequencingProvide feedback to improve efficiency and service qualityQualificationsExperience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related field preferred (not required)Ability to safely climb and work from ladders and elevated surfacesComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and work ethicAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical laborValid driver’s license preferredWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-quality, consistent work across all service typesPositive customer feedback and professionalism on-siteEfficient job completion and strong team collaborationIdentification of additional service opportunities for the companyCompensation & Growth$20–$22/hour depending on experienceOpportunities to grow into Crew Lead or specialized rolesOngoing training through Rogall Academy (technical and leadership development)Why Rogall + Co.Over 20 years serving the Central CoastFocus on protecting homes in coastal environmentsStrong culture of craftsmanship, training, and growthClear pathways for advancement within the companyHow to ApplySubmit your application with relevant experience and availability.
