This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food industry expertise while working in a dynamic environment that celebrates fine dining and exceptional service. *Duties* * Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly customer service throughout their visit * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted * Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities * Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards * Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism * Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards * Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction * Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, address concerns promptly, and promote repeat business *Experience* * Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous * Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques * Proven ability in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours * Experience in guest relations, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles enhances your suitability for this position * Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing are essential Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively atmosphere!
