Housekeeper

Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and applying protective treatments as needed to ensure floors are pristine and safe Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests or residents Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment while preventing accidents or hazards Report maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department for prompt resolution Adhere to hospitality standards by providing friendly service and ensuring guest comfort at all times Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce waste Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within hospitality or similar settings Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or industrial cleaning practices is highly desirable Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality assurance Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines consistently Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly Join us in creating inviting spaces that make every guest or resident feel valued!
