This position reports directly to the preventative care program regional director. This position is responsible for all local preventative clinical and care management operations and compliance will all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws. Offers on-going mentoring, coaching and training to staff. Assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand and that staff meet all training requirements. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services and the community at large and is often the spokes person for DAYMARK Recovery Services to the community.Ensures strict compliance with all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures. Maintains care and compliance with all rules for the facility. Ensures the provider requirements for care management and preventative care services are followed.Monitors all expenses and ensures that expenditures are within proposed budget for the center. Assist with development of center budget. Provides clinical care managers with assistance required standards, both monitoring and status to standards.Provides or arranges for clinical direction or supervision to all members of the care management treatment teams. Provides or arranges for in-service training as appropriate, deliver clinical education programs, including best practices training to staff, also participates in agency-wide training programs/in-services.Assures all paperwork, billing tickets and documentation is completed in a timely manner according to established guidelines. Works with support supervisor and medical records to ensure that all regulatory standards are followed.Participates as a member of agency and community committees, councils and attends various meetings.Participates in the selection and hiring of clinical staff and other personnel actions as needed.Serve as the liaison between the preventative care program director and the local county service center.All other duties as assigned by supervisorSupervisory ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site administrative supervision to all Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services staffEducation and/or Experience
