Licensure/Certification: California state license as Clinical Laboratory Scientist – Generalist Experience with molecular testing and next-generation sequencing Previous experience working in Research & Development Job Duties: Operate and maintain laboratory equipment/instruments, ensuring that it is in good working order and ready for use. Analyze test results accurately and efficiently, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory data. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during testing procedures. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality control guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment. Compose or update SOPs according to CAP guidelines. Coordinate with and train laboratory technicians.
