Maxim Healthcare Services - - Responsibilities: Assist with personal care activities such as showering, bathing, dressing, etc.; Take and record temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as ordered; Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of transfer/mobility devices; Assist with range of motion exercises and simple procedures as directed; Document care given and follow written instructions
