This role supports adults with disabilities in achieving meaningful employment through individualized job coaching, onboarding support, interview preparation, and ongoing workplace assistance. Massachusetts Driver's License and clean driving record requiredPersonal vehicle required (Travel Reimbursement)Must clear state and federal background checkLanguage SkillsAbility to verbally communicateAbility to read, analyze, interpret, and write documents. Ability to respond and navigate common inquiries or complaints from regulatory agencies, or family members.
