Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Adobe Experience CloudHybrid position - 2x/week required in the Vienna, VA officePosition Overview:Our client's DNS team is seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud. In this role, you'll develop and modify transactional communications across multiple channels (email, push, SMS, and letters), implement personalization variables using AMPScript, validate Data Extension mappings, and support journey configuration and monitoring. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing technology and business operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and implement backend templates and integrationsSupport software releases and ensure smooth transitions to productionCollaborate with business units to resolve issues and enhance functionalityMonitor system performance and recommend enhancementsAnalyze and document business requirements, workflows, and system designsConduct system and data analysis using statistical and modeling techniquesIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunitiesResearch emerging technologies and align them with business goalsMaintain compliance with industry standards and internal policiesQualifications:Experience with Salesforce (preferred), HTML, SOAP UI APIExperience with Adobe Experience CloudExperience with Workfront, ADO, Jira, or other project management toolsStrong analytical skills with experience in SQLProven ability to lead projects and manage multiple prioritiesEffective communication and documentation skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldAdvanced skills in Excel, Word, and presentation softwareAbility to interpret complex data and recommend actionable solutions CC Pace is an equal opportunity employer.
