Service Manager - Food Services

Job Highlights Full-time position (average 30+ hours a week) Need flexible availability Monday thru Saturday This position will be a part of the front-end coverage while managing the store Overview We are a small business providing quality and clean meals to our customers with exceptional service. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Manager to join and lead our team at our Woodbury Heights, NJ location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managerial skills (ideally in the food industry) and a commitment to team building and providing high customer service standards. Responsibilities Manage the store location with all operations from front-end to back-end Lead, manage, and train the team of front-end team members and cooks Cover front-end responsibilities while scheduled Manage inventory by monitoring inventory levels and ordering accordingly Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards Maintain and manage cleanliness and organization of the store Provide exceptional customer service while leading the team to as well, and handle any escalated customer service concerns and issues Manage day-to-day operations and always be in good partnership and communication with owners Experience/Skills Proven experience as a Manager/Supervisor in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred Experience in managing a small business is a plus Prior experience with food inventory management and ordering is preferred Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations are essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy kitchen setting Strong communication skills required If this sounds like you, submit an application today and join our team!
