The Party & Event Rental Specialist will assist customers in planning events by providing guidance on equipment and resources available for rental. Responsibilities include maintaining exceptional customer service, coordinating rental orders, handling inquiries, managing event rental logistics, and supporting sales efforts. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their event needs are met and providing timely and accurate information about available products and services.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills are essential for providing exceptional client support and clear, professional interactions.Experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing to effectively assist clients with their event needs and promote services.Basic Sales skills to support rental agreements and upselling additional services or products when appropriate.Ability to collaborate with team members and meet deadlines with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using rental or inventory software systems is a plus.Previous experience in the event or rental industry is highly desirable.
