Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Wallingford, CTDuration: 6 Month CTH Pay Rate: $27/hr - $30/hr Key Responsibilities:Accurately review and process all invoices and vendor informationEnsure timely and precise entry of transactions into Emque accounting softwareEmque experience is a plusAssist with Vendor Statement ReconciliationPrepare and execute check runsReconcile statement balances to ensure accuracyRespond to vendor and internal inquiries, resolving discrepancies through thorough researchSet high standards for customer service and lead by examplePerform tasks under limited supervisionHandle light receptionist duties as neededRequirements:A bachelor’s degree is preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel is requiredStrong customer service skills with acute attention to detailAbility to meet strict deadlinesCapable of identifying and researching necessary information independentlyExperience in the construction or similar industry is a plus.Experience working with retainage for subcontractors is a plus.
