Job Summary: Act as primary resource for implementation of new business software applications and facilitate enhancements of existing business systems working as a resource in project management; software, applications, and technology implementations; and information technology (IT) support.
Responsibilities:
Perform raw data extractions from historical system(s), convert data using JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL script, and map data to Eagle Fire business systems.
Execute projects through all phases (initiation, planning, execution, close out) and engage appropriate resources.
Conduct company-wide training on new and existing systems and devices.
Support end users and be able to provide appropriate solutions to technical issues encountered.
Coordinate multiple projects at a time, staying within scope, identifying controlling risks, and meeting schedule and deadlines.
Work with Eagle Fire Management to identify reporting needs to create appropriate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work with Technical Operations Team to analyze health and maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, identify and prioritize system defects, enhancements, customizations, and process changes.
Act as a SME and be available to contribute to and review technical documentation of system and operational processes.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified preferred
Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an implementation specialist, project manager, IT support, data analyst, or equivalent.
Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
Requires a self-starter with ability to interact well within teams at all levels of individuals, internally and externally with ability to handle change, resolve conflict and solve problems with minimal direction.
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects, identify priorities, and manage time-sensitive projects.
Must possess excellent presentation skills, including ability to design presentations and present to audiences both live and remote.
Technology skills, including Microsoft 365, ERP software, and other related databases required.
Must possess fluency in a wide range of devices (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone) and operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, Android).
Must possess understanding of principles in project management, business administration, data analysis, user experience, and other related procedures.
Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, good judgement, and practice good data management and risk management skills.
Requires a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
Working Conditions:
Work will be performed indoors in an office or training room environment.
Occasional travel to other company locations may be needed.
Standard work hours are typical with additional time commitment as needed based on deadlines.
Overnight travel as business needs require.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain in a stationary position, such as sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
Ability to move about the office or training location as required.
Ability to express or exchange information and ideas by means of spoken word to communicate effectively with team members.
Must be able to operate a telephone, computer and other office equipment.
Must continuously adhere to the Eagle Fires Controlled Substances and Alcohol Standard.
