Sr. Director, AI ProductsThe Sr. Director, AI Products owns the vision, strategy, and execution of GoHighLevel's AI products and AI-driven experiences. This role combines hands-on product leadership with company-level AI thinking. This leader is responsible for translating advances in AI into tangible customer value and business results, with direct accountability for AI adoption, usage, retention, and revenue. In parallel, they will shape the future AI vision for the platform, influencing how AI transforms our UI, UX, workflows, and long-term growth. This role is expected to operate with VP-level judgment and ownership, while remaining deeply engaged in product strategy and execution.End-to-end ownership of AI product vision, roadmap, and deliveryBusiness performance of AI products (adoption, engagement, retention, revenue)Near and mid-term AI strategy (1236 months), with input into longer-term directionCross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTMThe evolution of AI-native UI/UX across the platformDefine and continuously refine the AI product vision and mission for GoHighLevelOwn the AI product roadmap, balancing near-term wins with foundational investmentsIdentify high-leverage AI opportunities that materially improve customer outcomes and platform differentiationHelp shape how AI becomes embedded into the core product experiencenot bolted onLead AI products from discovery through launch, iteration, and scalePartner closely with Engineering and Data teams to deliver reliable, scalable AI systemsMaintain strong product quality and customer trust while moving quickly in a fast-evolving AI landscapeMake pragmatic tradeoffs across scope, speed, cost, and technical complexityBe directly accountable for AI adoption, usage, retention, and monetizationTranslate AI capabilities into clear customer value propositions and pricing/packaging inputsUse data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and prioritizationClearly communicate AI product performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadershipDrive the evolution of AI-native UI and UX, ensuring AI feels intuitive, proactive, and valuableInfluence platform-wide product decisions where AI meaningfully impacts customer workflowsCollaborate with Design to set standards for AI interactions, transparency, and trustAct as the central product leader for AI across the companyWork closely with GTM teams to ensure AI products are well-positioned, adopted, and supportedPartner with executive leadership on AI strategy, investment tradeoffs, and sequencingProvide clear, structured updates on AI progress and impactLead and mentor AI-focused product managers and cross-functional product podsHelp shape the future AI product organization as scope and impact growEstablish product practices that support experimentation, learning, and scaleRequired: 12+ years of product management experience with increasing scope and ownershipProven experience leading AI-powered or data-driven products from concept to scaleStrong product judgment with clear business and customer orientationExperience owning outcomes, not just roadmaps or featuresAbility to influence across functions and operate comfortably with executive stakeholdersPreferred: Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, AI agents, or workflow automationBackground in SaaS products serving SMBs, agencies, or complex workflowsExperience evolving UI/UX around intelligent or automated systemsComfort operating in ambiguity and shaping emerging product categoriesAI products show strong and growing adoption, engagement, and revenue contributionCustomers increasingly view AI as a core reason to choose and stay with GoHighLevelAI is deeply embedded into key workflows and the product experienceLeadership has confidence in the AI roadmap and executionThe role naturally expands into broader executive ownership over timeThe company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
