Ideal candidates should possess and have the ability to demonstrate the following: Passionate about quality standards and willing to uphold and enforce those standards in a high-volume environment. Have the ability to prepare and cook product to menu specification as well as understand and precisely follow recipes. Possess basic cooking temperature knowledge (what is a medium burger?) Have the ability to remember product combinations and execute them to order. Ensure that all food safety standards are met. Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a guest-focus. Be an effective communicator and team-player. Dependable and presentable – “walk the walk and talk the talk!” Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and procedures. Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time. Ability to carry up to 30 lbs. on a consistent basis.
