Job DescriptionJoin our strong team in Battle Creek.Terry Smith Agency – Farmers Insurance is hiring a licensed, experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to help protect and grow client relationships through excellent service, education, and follow-through.This is a full-time, in-office role for a proven performer. You will work with an existing book of business and help clients with billing questions, policy changes, renewals, documents, and day-to-day service needs while delivering a calm, professional, high-standard experience every time.This is not an entry-level seat and it is not a cold-calling role. We are looking for someone who already knows how to manage personal lines service work well, communicate clearly, stay organized, and take ownership without constant hand-holding.Base salary of $42,000-$46,000 is reserved for licensed, experienced candidates with a proven track record of reliability, professionalism, and strong client-facing performance.
