Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can drive business outcomes, influence stakeholders, and lead high-performing teams?We're looking for an experienced Program Manager for our Denver branch to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives while ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company known not only for delivering exceptional results for our clients but also for fostering a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and having fun along the way.A Day in the Life:Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgetsConnect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down timeAnalyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organizationLeverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the projectSupport a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budgetWork directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processingManages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverablesRecommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact resultsRequires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importanceGuide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven mannerWhat You Bring:10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementationsIntegrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM )Experience with Azure DevOpsProgram Management with multiple lane / department deliveryExperience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industryAn analytical mind and creative problem-solving abilityExceptional communication skillsKnowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risksAbility to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leadersStrong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projectsWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:PMP CertificationCertified Scrum MasterSAFe CertificationWhy Work at Long View: Career Growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesInteresting Work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologiesFlexible Environment – A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness and wellnessCompany Perks – retirement contributions, comprehensive benefits package from day one, 3 weeks’ vacation to start, recognition programs and more!$115,849 - $152,040 a yearExpected salary range is $115,840 - $152,040 with a 10-15% variable incentive plan.BenefitsLong View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
