Locum - Physician - OBGYN Berlin NH

Androscoggin Valley Hospital is looking for a locum OBGYN to cover the specific dates below. Provider will be added to a poll for ongoing coverage! Current needs:Thursday, December 21 at 8 am through Thursday, January 4 at 8 am (1-2 locum physicians)Thursday, January 4 at 8 am through Monday, January 8 at 6 pm*Any locum new to AVH will need to arrive one business day earlier than assignment dates listed in order to complete orientation to hospital, practice and EMR/CPOE. No night call during orientation day.* Schedule: 24 hour call 8a-8a100-120 deliveries annuallyEMR: (AVH and CCFHS) and CPOE required. Use of Dragon voice recognition required (no dictation available).Work includes on-call (outpatient, ED consultations, OB/GYN inpatient), AVH OB/GYN office, CCFHS Prenatal Clinic (FQHC in Berlin) up to twice weekly (Tuesdays and Fridays), surgery (primary surgeon or assistant), labor management, inpatient rounds, etc.Locum candidate must have "clean" history and be able to thoroughly and accurately complete application for AVH Medical Staff in timely manner (within 2 weeks of decision to accept assignment). Ideally, locum candidates have already been credentialed fully by locum company and completed at least two assignments elsewhere with satisfactory feedback.
