*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Assemblers, Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in the Plano area. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, assembling. Spanish speaking only candidates are welcome to apply for this role *Duties* * Assist with the receipt, inspection, and proper storage of incoming shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. * Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items accurately according to order specifications. * Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks. * Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP. * Ensure proper stocking procedures are followed to optimize warehouse space and facilitate efficient order picking. * Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. * Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy. * Assist with data entry related to order processing, shipping documentation, and inventory updates. * Uphold safety standards by following established protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. * Collaborate with team members across departments to improve warehouse operations and customer service. *Qualifications* * Previous experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications. * Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics, and trade compliance regulations. * Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. * Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and stock management. * Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service interactions. * Familiarity with international trade regulations is a plus but not mandatory. * Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
