Job DescriptionOverviewWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Anesthesiologist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia and monitoring patients before, during, and after surgical procedures to ensure their safety and comfort. This role requires precision, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients to determine appropriate anesthesia plans based on medical history and procedure typeAdminister general, regional, or local anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic proceduresMonitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed throughout proceduresDocument anesthesia care plans, medications, and patient responses accurately and thoroughlyCollaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomesProvide post-anesthesia care and pain management strategiesStay current with advancements in anesthesiology and adhere to best practices and safety standardsCases include Endoscopy, Ortho, General Surgery, Urology, Spine, Vascular Surgery, and ENT RequirementsQualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degreeCompletion of an accredited anesthesiology residency programUS-Board certification or eligibility in anesthesiologyValid medical license in the practicing stateStrong communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in monitoring equipment and anesthesia delivery systems Preferred Attributes Experience in a hospital, surgical center, or outpatient settingCommitment to patient safety, comfort, and ethical standardsBenefitsPerks to this position: No OB & No traumaBase Salary - USD $500,000 to $535,000
