Role Description The Director of IT Operations & Security will oversee and manage the firm’s IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, system reliability, and security compliance. The individual will develop and implement IT strategies, handle incident response plans, and lead a team responsible for IT operations and cybersecurity protocols. Responsibilities also include vendor management, IT budgeting, system upgrades, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pittsburgh, PA. Qualifications Extensive experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and IT service delivery.Proficiency in cybersecurity practices, including risk management, compliance, and incident response plans.Strong leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.Expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and negotiation.Skilled in IT strategy and policy development aligned with organizational goals.Proficient in network security, cloud-based services, and virtualization technologies.Familiarity with legal or professional services industry is a plus. Knowledge of ISO standards and data privacy regulations preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ITIL are highly desirable.
