This role is ideal for someone experienced in financial systems (preferably Oracle) and comfortable handling reconciliations, financial data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform account reconciliations as part of the financial close processReview and verify purchase orders for accuracy (amounts, quantities)Analyze order management notes and resolve discrepanciesPrepare journal entries, invoices, and accounting documentationSupport financial operations including:Purchase requisitionsInvoice reconciliationSupplier paymentsBudget-related inquiriesDevelop and analyze data for reports, forecasts, and planningCollaborate with internal teams to resolve financial issuesRespond to customer inquiries related to accounting processesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldExperience with accounting or bookkeepingFamiliarity with accounting software (Oracle preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesWork EnvironmentHybrid model (not fully remote)First few weeks require 100% onsite for training and onboardingCandidates must have a reliable work-from-home setup30-minute Zoom interviews will be conductedTop 3 Required SkillsAccountingMicrosoft ExcelAccounting Software Knowledge
