Investment Operations - Senior Analyst (PE)

The role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, on a close-knit team that operates in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes.The successful candidate will manage many concurrent deals and workstreams, reprioritize as deal timelines shift, and keep stakeholders informed throughout.ResponsibilitiesPrepare client allocations across the platform for each PE investment transactionSupport transaction funding logistics, including capital calls and tracking of recallable/recycled capitalProvide hands-on support on complex operational matters including FX, deal syndications, and bridge financingMonitor each deal end-to-end through Power BI reporting, ensuring alignment with internal close protocolsCoordinate the Investment, Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Treasury teams to keep transactions on trackOwn the latest deal-process updates and ensure the right stakeholders are informed at the right timeManage information flow into and out of the deal teamQualifications2-5 years of relevant experience in Middle office or other investment fund related role is preferred but not necessaryExperience in fund-of-fund trading or Private Equity is a plusFamiliarity With LP Interest secondaries and co-investments is strongly preferred, not requiredDemonstrates commitment, accuracy and attention to detail, even in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentTakes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assignedAbility to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlinesHighly motivated with a willingness to learnPassion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environmentGood analytical skills with a flair for processes as well as good IT skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsSalary RangeAt Petra Funds Group, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring practices. The compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $123,000 per year. This range represents the base salary only.
