Role Description Scapecon LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent for a full-time, on-site position in Picayune, MS. The Concrete Superintendent will oversee and manage concrete construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and within quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising formwork, heavy equipment usage, flatwork, and ready-mix concrete placement, coordinating carpentry work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role also involves managing project timelines, materials, and tasks in collaboration with site staff and other contractors. Qualifications Experience with formwork and flatwork processesProficiency in operating and managing heavy equipment used in concrete constructionKnowledge of ready-mix concrete, including handling and application best practicesCarpentry skills specific to concrete constructionExceptional leadership and team management abilitiesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction plansStrong communication and problem-solving skillsCommitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA standardsExperience in concrete construction supervision is highly valuedA high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical certifications preferred
