At Doce Mezcal, every pour reflects our dedication to mindful and elevated spirits that belong on every discerning bar cart.Scope of WorkThe New Jersey Sales Representative will be responsible for Sales growth & execution across the New Jersey market. This role is highly field-based and focused on building new distribution PODS, increasing velocity, and strengthening on + off premis relationships.Primary ResponsibilitiesOn +Off-Premise Sales & Account DevelopmentOpen and develop new on and off off-premise accounts (liquor stores, specialty retailers, select chains).Support and grow existing accounts through regular visits, relationship management, education, and sampling/ tastings and activations.Secure new placements, drive velocity, and expand shelf presence.Account ExecutionImprove shelf visibility and placement in existing accounts.Ensure pricing accuracy, compliance, and brand alignment.Increase account velocity opportunities through menu placements, retail displays and more.Support in-store tastings, staff education, and consumer-facing activations where permitted.Communicate account-level feedback, reorders, and opportunities to the Doce team.Market ReportingTrack account activity, openings, and progress in Doce’s sales tracking tools (VIP, Google Drive, Excel).Provide regular updates on wins, challenges, competitive activity, and market insights.Share feedback on pricing, consumer response, and retail performance.Participate in a weekly sales call with the Doce team to review planning and execution.Bonus for have existing relationships with NJ distributors that can leverage into conversations in near term.Performance ExpectationsConsistent weekly field presence across key New Jersey markets.Clear progress toward new account openings and expanded distribution PODs.Demonstrated improvement in reorder velocity and shelf presence.Professional representation of the Doce brand at all times during meetings, events, and tastings.Participate in weekly sales calls to update team on account needs, competitive activity, and market insights.
