Role: Technology Lead – Java Full Stack Developer (Java / Spring Boot / ReactJS / Selenium / Postgres)Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 (100% On-Site from Client Office -Duration: 12 MonthsPay Rate: $50.00/hr On W2 | $55.00/hr On C2CRole SummarySeeking a Technology Lead – Java Full Stack Developer with 8–10 years of experience for a 12-month position in Phoenix, AZ (100% on-site from Day 1). The ideal candidate will manage the complete software development lifecycle—building and managing frontend user interfaces using ReactJS, backend server logic with Java/Spring Boot, database systems using Postgres, and automated testing using Selenium. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, coaching/mentoring team members, and delivering enterprise web applications.Note: Virtual (Skype/WebEx) interview process; 100% on-site attendance required 5 days a week.Key Responsibilities* Full Stack Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust end-to-end web application components using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and ReactJS.* Database & Automation Engineering: Design database schemas using PostgreSQL and implement test automation frameworks with Selenium.* Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Provide strong servant leadership, technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching to junior and mid-level engineering team members.* SDLC Management: Handle the full software development lifecycle from initial requirement analysis and API design to testing, deployment, and operational maintenance.* On-Site Collaboration: Work on-site 5 days a week at the client office in Phoenix, AZ to drive daily technical execution and team alignment.Required Skills* Core Experience: 8–10 years of overall IT development experience with a strong focus on full stack web applications.* Frontend Mastery: Deep hands-on experience building modern, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.* Backend Expertise: Hands-on development with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST API development.* Test Automation & Databases: Hands-on experience with Selenium test automation frameworks and PostgreSQL database design/querying.* Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated abilities in technical coaching, mentoring, and team leadership.* On-Site Commitment: Absolute willingness and availability to work 100% on-site 5 days a week in Phoenix, AZ 85054 from Day 1.Preferred Qualifications* Exposure to reactive programming architectures.* Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration and automated build tools.
