PeopleSoft Functional/Technical Developer

Overview In this role, you will lead functional design and implementation efforts for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 on a long-term federal project. You will translate requirements into a best-fit configuration, guiding the full lifecycle from design to delivery. You work within Oracle Unified Method to ensure alignment with the customer’s enterprise performance lifecycle and integrate core HR capabilities across systems. You will help deliver an interoperable HR solution for a large organization, improving service delivery to employees and managers. ResponsibilitiesLead functional design for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and related modules (Time & Labor) on a long-term government projectOversee end-to-end implementation lifecycle and ensure effective configuration and integrationTranslate customer requirements into application design within Oracle Unified MethodSupport enterprise-wide HR IT initiatives and interoperable HR core functionalityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with federal regulations (Title 5, 38, 42) and customer performance goalsWork on-site in downtown DC with potential partial telework after setupAct as a senior SME for both functional and technical aspects of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Key requirementsBachelor degreeExperience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and Time & LaborFull implementation lifecycle experienceUnderstanding of federal HR processes (Title 5, 38, 42)Ability to operate in a client environment with enterprise-scale users (~84,000)PeopleSoft HCM 9.2PeopleSoft Time & LaborOracle Unified MethodHR systems integration
