They are seeking a Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist to join their team!Salary/Hourly Rate$20.50/hrPosition OverviewThe Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist plays a major role during the annual enrollment period and is a key contributor to the success of the company. As an Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist, you will provide customer support on-site and lead the annual enrollment process with individuals needing assistance. The role will interact in person with clients and assist with selecting benefits for open enrollment. In this role, you’ll be supporting the employee benefits programs, communication, compliance, and website navigation. This role oversees the execution and oversight of the client deliverables throughout the annual enrollment period. The position would have a group training class starting at the beginning of October. This position is meant to be a temporary role for +2 months during the annual enrollment period but, could have possible permanent opportunities.Responsibilities Of The Annual Enrollment Benefits SpecialistMaintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in-personRespond to inquiries, assist in enrollment processes, and resolve potential client issuesNavigate through the annual enrollment website and answer questions regarding benefitsExplain enrollment programs in Spanish and English. Read and WriteCollect required documentation and ensure it is filled out properlyScreen filing applications and change forms as neededAddress any enrollment issues or setbacksPerform accurate data entry using a databaseQualifications For The Annual Enrollment Benefits Specialist1 to 3 years of employee benefits and annual enrollment experienceStrong track record of building and leading client relationshipsRelevant industry experience is preferred: Employee Benefits, Insurance, Consulting, Human Resources, or HealthcareA compelling leader who can engage and educate customers and prospects professionallyRemote candidates will not be consideredMust be able to provide individual’s own laptopEducation RequirementsAssociate’s degree or Equivariant experience is requiredBenefitsAtrium Care Package available, upon eligibility.
