This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and help shape a strong, collaborative nursing team.What You'll Do:Lead and support a team of LPNs, Medical Assistants, and support staffCreate and manage nursing schedules, including coverage for call-insPartner with the Director of Nursing and Clinic Operations Manager to address staffing, performance, and workflow needsMentor, train, and onboard new nursing staffConduct annual performance evaluations and skills assessmentsFacilitate monthly nursing meetings and ongoing education opportunitiesOversee clinical supply ordering and medication samplesServe as Vaccine Coordinator, ensuring proper storage, inventory, and complianceProvide guidance on clinical matters and step in for hands-on patient care as neededWhat We're Looking For:Licensed RN in New York StatePrior clinical experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance administrative responsibilities with clinical carePassion for team development and community-based healthcareWhy Oak Orchard Health?At Oak Orchard Health, we are committed to expanding access to care across Western New York-especially for underserved and agricultural communities.
