VALUESInnovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssists Lead Painter in preparing products for paintPrepares products by doing light bodywork, sanding, blocking, filing and primingPlaces products for painting on movable platformsMoves and stages painted products in drying roomResponsible for overseeing paint and prep material inventoryKeeps work area clean and organizedCommunicate ideas and issues in a timely manner.Ensure high quality standards.Work in a team orientated manner.Inspect refurbished materials, assess conditions, and make recommendations for future improvements.ATTRIBUTESAble to prepare products for paint applicationAble to stand and prep all parts for extended times throughout shift.Good working knowledge of metal preparation and finishingAble to sand and finish product before painting.Able to coach others on sanding and prepping materials for paint.QualificationsPrevious experience in painting, manufacturing, or construction preferred2-3 years experienceBasic computer knowledge.Experienced with hand tools and sanding devicesMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
