Job Overview Index Analytics is seeking an Operations Analyst to define complex business requirements and translate into tasks to be performed by technical team members. The Operations Analyst will also perform quality assurance and review in the execution of projects while working with other experts and staff. Responsibilities Oversee an analytic team and workstream generating reports for healthcare providers through data extract, load, transform, and delivery functions. Manage workstreams analytic agenda, assignment of responsibilities, and schedule. Elicits and documents business requirements from program stakeholders. Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights with critical stakeholders Analyze, evaluate, and implement processes to best support customer programs. Provide analysis assessment, technical or business area expertise in relevant areas. Perform technical writing and editing for a range of written deliverables and products. Supervise and develop staff, including motivating and managing performance to fulfill high pressure, deadline driven assignments. Provide guidance to subordinate managers on how one-on-ones should be conducted with staff so that they understand how to perform their job, and give feedback related to performance. Provide regular and open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments. Demonstrate a sense of urgency to respond to dynamic, evolving, and often time sensitive demands with high quality work products. Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational and administrative functions within the operation are properly executed in accordance with Index Analytics policies/procedures. Collaborate with the Knowledge Management group on process changes and improvements through the change management process. Collaborate with the training and onboarding team to develop, improve, and provide staff leadership. Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal business lines, and external vendors. Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology. Summarize information and effectively communicate findings in writing and verbally within internal teams and to external stakeholders. Prepare materials and lead client facing meetings as needed. Adhere to customer and company standards, processes, and requirements. Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project. Bachelors degree required, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in Federal contracting (preferably on contracts involving dynamic Federal healthcare programs with regulatory requirements). PMP certification preferred. Experience with facilitating a multi-disciplinary team in a virtual setting. Demonstrated ability to provide operational guidance and decision making based on thoughtful analysis and comprehension of complex information required. Experience developing quality assurance plans and standard operating procedures required. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times required. Outstanding written and oral communication skills, especially in a virtual environment, required. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Ability to learn new workflow systems and web-based applications required. Security Clearance - Ability to obtain Public Trust level clearance required. US citizen or lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years required.
