Our work supports mission-critical applications across defense, aerospace, and commercial environments, delivering real-time insights and enabling autonomous decision-making.We are looking for a Program Manager IV to lead complex engineering programs focused on advanced hardware systems, including EO/IR sensors, remote sensing payloads, and aerospace technologies. This role owns full lifecycle execution and serves as a key interface between customers, leadership, and multidisciplinary engineering teams in support of defense and space applications.What You'll DoLead end-to-end execution of complex engineering programs focused on advanced hardware systems, including EO/IR sensors, remote sensing payloads, seekers, and aerospace technologiesOwn program scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables from proposal through system delivery and closeoutDrive coordination across multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, optical, systems, and embedded software engineeringOversee hardware development lifecycles including design, integration, test, validation, and productionLead system integration efforts, including lab builds, testing, field validation, and customer demonstrationsServe as the primary interface with government and commercial customers, leading program reviews and technical briefingsManage program risks, trade-offs, and change control to ensure successful technical and contractual outcomesEnsure compliance with ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, and all applicable government and contract requirementsOwn financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and earned value managementSupport proposal development and capture efforts for new aerospace and defense opportunitiesRequirementsWhat You Bring7+ years of experience managing engineering programs involving physical hardware systems (not software-only programs)Background in aerospace, defense, or advanced R&D environmentsExperience with one or more of the following:EO/IR systemsRemote sensing or imaging payloadsSeekers or guidance systemsSpace or hypersonic platformsStrong understanding of hardware development lifecycles (design ? integration ? test ? production)Experience working directly with engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, optical, and systems disciplinesFamiliarity with government contracting environments (FAR, DFARS, ITAR)Strong program financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting, cost control)Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholdersNice to HaveExperience supporting DoD programs (DARPA, AFRL, Navy, Army, etc.)Familiarity with EO/IR imaging, sensor fusion, or ISR systemsExperience with flight hardware, payload integration, or environmental testingActive security clearanceCompensation and BenefitsSalary range: $184,528 - $249,655 annually.Medical, dental, and vision coverage fully paid by the employer for employees.Three weeks of vacation to startAutomatic company contribution to 401K – 5% of earned wages (no matching required)Educational assistance and professional development opportunitiesIn-office (St. Petersburg, FL or Torrance, CA) or remote work (United States) available (position dependent)Additional Requirements :You must have, or be eligible to obtain, a U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
