We provide a broad range of transportation services throughout Cape Cod and the southeast region of the State. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Reservationist to join our growing transportation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can manage multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy.We are now looking for a customer-focused professional to join our team.Our Customer Services Representatives serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and emails, managing reservations, and ensuring all trip details are accurate and communicated clearly to both clients and operations.In this role, you will:Manage high-volume calls and email inquiriesRecord and maintain reservations Confirm trip details including times, locations, and special instructionsHandle last-minute changes and updatesCoordinate with our dispatch, billing, and operations teamsDeliver a high level of customer service with every interactionFull-Time seasonal position available (April to November)Must be available for some evenings, weekends, and holidays (especially during peak season)What We Offer:Competitive hourly payFlexible schedulingSupportive team environmentOpportunity to grow within a well-established transportation companyThe pace is fast, but fun.
