We make TikTok and Reels creative, long-form writing, brand strategy, and organic content systems built on real research, not vibes. We're remote-first and run lean by design. We also are building Savvie, our in-house financial literacy platform made with Gen Z women in mind.About the RoleWe're hiring three summer interns: fully remote, ~15 hours/week, for college credit. The program runs June 2 - August 24, 2026 (12 weeks). This is a structured program designed to offer serious students a window into how a small agency operates.Interns will work in 2-week sprints across one of three areas of focus:Social — captions, carousels, and content production for our brand accountsWriting — blog posts, newsletters, and brand voice workStrategy + Ops — research, brand audits, and the inside-the-business side of how an agency runsYou'll get weekly 1:1s with our intern lead (also a member of last summer's intern class!) as well as biweekly mentorship from the founder. You'll ship real work, get real feedback, and walk away with portfolio-ready pieces (where appropriate).What You'll DoSpecific work depends on your assigned lane (social, writing, or strategy/ops).
