CPA Senior Manager - Nonprofit

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Finance and Outsourced Accounting (Not for Profit). Key Responsibilities Manage and lead client engagements, including monthly close and consulting projects Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Mentor and develop team members while overseeing staffing and resource planning Required Qualifications CPA designation with a bachelor's degree in accounting; master's degree preferred 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, particularly with not-for-profit organizations Experience leading client engagements and managing teams in a professional services environment Strong knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics Proficiency with financial management systems and related technologies
