We're looking for a *Studio Assistant* who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in the details, and wants to help create an exceptional experience every time someone walks through our doors. *The Role* The Studio Assistant is one of the most important people in the daily Evolve experience. You're the first face clients see when they arrive, the person helping things run smoothly throughout the day, and a key connection between our clients, instructors, and Studio Manager. This is *not a sit-behind-the-desk front desk position*. You'll be moving throughout the studio, connecting with clients, helping new guests feel comfortable, supporting instructors, keeping the space clean and organized, managing day-to-day studio tasks, and making sure the little things don't get missed. *What You'll Do* *Create an Incredible Client Experience* * Greet clients by name and make people feel genuinely welcomed * Check clients into classes and assist with bookings and purchases * Welcome new clients, provide studio tours, and help them prepare for their first class * Answer client questions in person, by phone, text, and email * Build relationships with clients and help create a strong sense of community * Follow up with clients and help keep them connected to the studio *Support Daily Studio Operations* * Help open, maintain, and close the studio * Keep the front desk, studios, bathrooms, retail area, and common spaces clean and organized * Restock towels, supplies, drinks, and studio essentials * Assist with laundry and towel preparation throughout the day * Help maintain and prepare the Smoothie Bar * Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs * Support instructors with class setup, breakdown, and client needs *Manage Front Desk Systems* * Use Momence to manage check-ins, client accounts, bookings, purchases, and memberships * Process retail and studio purchases accurately * Review class rosters and prepare for new clients, birthdays, milestones, and special occasions * Keep client notes, transactions, and studio information organized and accurate * Communicate clearly with the Studio Manager and team about anything requiring follow-up *Who We're Looking For* You may be a great fit if: * You genuinely enjoy talking to and connecting with people * You're friendly, confident, and comfortable starting conversations * You're organized and naturally notice when something needs to be done * You're dependable and show up when you say you will * You can multitask without letting the details slip * You're comfortable using technology and learning new systems * You move with urgency while staying calm and professional * You don't believe any task is "beneath you" * You're willing to clean, fold towels, restock supplies, help a client, answer the phone, and solve a problem, sometimes all within the same hour * You take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do * You care about fitness, wellness, hospitality, or creating a great customer experience Previous experience in *fitness, hospitality, retail, customer service, or front desk operations* is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right personality, work ethic, and attitude. *Schedule* This position is approximately *25–30 hours per week*.
