Partner Enablement + Program Manager, Startups

About SupabaseSupabase is the open-source backend platform trusted by millions of developers to build web apps, SaaS products, and AI-native applications. Our Partnerships team works across the ecosystem - technology partners, cloud platforms, VCs, accelerators, and startup programs - to make Supabase the default backend for the next generation of companies.About The RoleWe're looking for a Startup Partner Enablement & Programs Manager to bring our partner ecosystem to life through enablement, events, and programs to raise awareness of Supabase's value proposition to early stage startups. You'll own the materials, playbooks, and activations that help our partners - VCs, accelerators, incubators and entrepreneurship programs - successfully promote and build with Supabase. That includes organizing Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events, running office hours, hackathons and VIP dinners, and turning relationships into repeatable, high-impact programs. This role sits on the Partnerships team and reports to the Head of Startups, working closely with teammates across the startup program, GTM, developer relations, and marketing. Because the bulk of our events and partner activity is concentrated in San Francisco and the Bay Area, we strongly prefer candidates based there who can regularly attend and host events in person. It's a great fit for someone who loves the operational craft of enablement and programs and wants to work at the intersection of startups, venture, and developer tools. What You'll DoBuild and maintain partner enablement materials - decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and activation guides - that help partners across the ecosystem promote and build with SupabaseManage the operational cadence of partner programs: collaborating on strategy, tracking activations, and keeping program logistics running smoothly across partner typesOrganize Supabase's presence at partner and VC-related events — demo days, founder summits, portfolio workshops, partner conferences — including sourcing and preparing speakers for talks and panelsPlan and run Supabase hackathons end-to-end: partner coordination, logistics, sponsorships, judging, prizes, promotion, and post-event follow-throughCoordinate cross-functionally with the Partnerships, Startups, GTM, DevRel, Events and Marketing teams to align enablement and event activity with pipeline goalsMeasure and report on program impact — signups, credit redemptions, partner-sourced pipeline, and event outcomesIdentify new enablement and program opportunities across the partner ecosystem and bring proposals with clear ROI to the teamWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in partner enablement, program management, event marketing, or partner marketing - ideally in developer tools, startups, or venture ecosystemsA track record of running events (hackathons, meetups, conferences, or workshops) from planning through post-event reportingStrong project management instincts: you keep many moving pieces on track without dropping detailsComfort working and communicating with external stakeholders - technology partners, VCs, accelerators, community leaders - and representing the company professionallyClear written and verbal communication; you can produce polished enablement materials and brief a speaker with equal easeA bias toward measurement: you instinctively ask "did this move the needle?" and build metrics-based reporting to answer itComfortable in a fast-moving, remote-first environment with a high degree of autonomyBased in (or willing to relocate to) the San Francisco Bay Area, with availability for regular in-person events, including occasional evenings and weekendsNice to HaveFamiliarity with the developer tools landscape, AI infrastructure, and/or hands-on experience with databases like Supabase, Postgres, or similar productsExperience working with startup accelerators (e.g., YC, Techstars) or VC platform teamsBackground in developer community or DevRel-adjacent workExperience with CRM and marketing tools (esp.
