Brokerage Team Leader

The average full-time fully ramped Brokerage Leader earns $120,000 to $200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.What We Are Looking ForActive and unrestricted California real estate license and located in the greater San Diego, CA area5+ years of experience as a licensed agent. Managing broker license preferred.3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agentsAt least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 monthsA track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing oneA proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targetsDemonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company-supplied lead pipelineStrong communication skills — both written and verbalOrchard is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
