Position: Interim Director of Finance (Contract)Location: Greater Cincinnati, OH (On-Site)Compensation: $75–100/hr Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) for eligible employeesOverview:We are seeking an experienced Interim Director of Finance to lead financial operations for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This contract role will oversee forecasting, P&L ownership, financial reporting, and team leadership across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong ERP and Excel skills, able to deliver insights that drive business performance.Key Responsibilities:Prepare short- and long-term financial plans, forecasts, and analyses.Manage P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and monthly reporting for senior leadership.Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability to support decision-making.Lead and develop finance team members, providing coaching and guidance.Collaborate with business unit leaders on pricing, capital requests, and strategic initiatives.Ensure compliance with government and corporate accounting standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.Minimum 10 years of leadership/management experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.Expertise in forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.Strong experience with ERP systemsU.S. Citizenship required.
