This role is designed for nationally respected geropsychologists who bring experience in clinical governance, multidisciplinary program development, quality improvement, health system leadership, or scalable specialty model expansion.While the clinical focus may span advanced geropsychological platforms including neuropsychological assessment, cognitive aging, dementia-related behavioral intervention, late-life depression and anxiety, caregiver psychological support, functional capacity evaluation, psychosocial adaptation to chronic illness, and evidence-based behavioral health programming for older adults the perspective of a senior geropsychologist is invaluable in assessment protocol standardization, enterprise oversight, patient-centered safety frameworks, and structured, systems-based cognitive and psychological care delivery.As a Geropsychology Advisory Board Member, you will provide high-level strategic guidance to ensure expanding cognitive care programs maintain assessment integrity, therapeutic excellence, operational scalability, and measurable patient outcomes. regional or national expansion while preserving the individualized, relationship-centered ethos of psychological care.Quality & Outcomes Strategy: Contribute to the development of longitudinal cognitive and psychological outcomes tracking, neuropsychological trajectory monitoring, functional independence and quality-of-life metrics, caregiver burden assessment frameworks, and evidence-based reporting structures aligned with national geropsychology, neuropsychology, and aging benchmarks.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with neurology, geriatric psychiatry, primary care, social work, occupational therapy, palliative and hospice care, pharmacy, care management, advanced practice providers, nursing leadership, and executive teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person dementia and late life behavioral health care delivery.Innovation & Technology Review: Offer perspective on the responsible integration of AI-driven cognitive screening and assessment tools, digital behavioral health monitoring platforms, telehealth-based geropsychology delivery models, remote functional and mood symptom tracking, precision behavioral intervention design, and emerging psychosocial and neuroscientific approaches to cognitive preservation and dementia care.Health System & Payer Alignment: Guide strategic positioning within health systems, memory care and aging services networks, value based behavioral health frameworks, integrated dementia care payment models, and reimbursement structures related to neuropsychological evaluation, longitudinal cognitive management, caregiver
