Responsibilities include client management, coordinating media and influencer outreach, overseeing the development of press materials, and contributing to strategies. The Senior Account Executive will also manage junior account team members, foster strong relationships with clients and press, and evaluate campaign performance to ensure the delivery of top-notch results for clients.Qualifications3-5 years Beauty PR experience, agency experience preferredSolid press relationshipsProven experience in securing press coverage, event planning, and strategy buildingHas pulse on industry trends, influencer space, and industry talentAbility to manage multiple clients in a fast-paced industry and environmentOutstanding Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skillsAbility to analyze PR metrics and deliver measurable resultsExperience in beauty and wellness industries is requiredBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
