Reseller Success Specialist

Department: SalesLocation: AustinDescriptionWe are seeking a customer-focused, high-energy Reseller Success Specialist (RSS) to lead the onboarding and enablement of new reseller partners. This role is responsible for ensuring partners are successfully onboarded, trained, and activated to drive early success and revenue contribution.The RSS serves as the primary point of contact during the initial partner journey, delivering a structured onboarding experience and equipping resellers with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to effectively position and sell Brivo solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & ActivationOwn the end-to-end onboarding process for new resellersGuide partners through setup, training, and first transactionsTrack progress against onboarding milestones and drive timely completionEnsure partners reach “ready-to-sell” status quicklyTraining & EnablementDeliver Orientation sessions, product training, and tool deep dive (virtual)Educate partners on use cases, positioning, and sales best practicesMaintain and improve onboarding materials, playbooks, and training contentPartner ExperienceAct as the primary point of contact during orientation Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Operations to remove frictionEnsure a seamless and positive partner experienceSkills, Knowledge and Expertise2 + years in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Enablement, Implementation, or Account Management)Experience in onboarding or training partners, customers, or sales teamsStrong presentation, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentTechnical aptitude with the ability to learn and articulate new solutionsHighly organized with strong project management and time management capabilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholdersSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environmentWhy Work for Brivo?Brivo is a Great Place to Work-Certified™ company and the global leader in cloud-based access control and video surveillance.
