About the Opportunity: The Sr. AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions to solve complex business problems across the enterprise. The role involves working through the full AI lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate use cases into impactful AI applications, including advanced technologies like agentic workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.3. Responsibilities:Design and deploy end-to-end, scalable AI/ML solutions with an emphasis on responsible AI useBuild and productionize ML models and pipelines including feature engineering, training, evaluation, and inferenceUtilize enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline development and automate engineering tasksImplement scalable AI systems following software engineering and MLOps best practicesDevelop NLP, Generative AI, and agentic solutions using embeddings, transformers, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and orchestrationApply classical ML and statistical methods to predictive and analytical challengesEvaluate emerging technologies to guide innovation and solution designCollaborate with data engineers, product teams, and architects to align AI solutions with business goalsMentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions4. Requirements:8+ years of software engineering experience2+ years implementing AI/ML projects from ideation to productionProficiency in writing production-grade Python codeExperience with classical AI/ML algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble modelsHands-on experience with NLP tasks including embeddings, Named Entity Recognition, or text classificationExperience with Generative AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and model APIsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range: $120,100 - $214,500 annually based on full-time employmentCompensation is based on factors including local labor markets, education, experience, certificationsBenefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility6.
