Company Description Role Description The Estimator will be responsible for performing quantity take-offs, analyzing project requirements, and preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, sourcing vendor quotes, and developing competitive pricing proposals. The Estimator will ensure that all estimates are accurate, comprehensive, and meet client expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montgomery, TX. Qualifications Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and understanding of construction processes.Experience with project management, scheduling, and analyzing tenders and proposals.Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and code requirements.Proficiency in software tools such as estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and related tools.Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred or equivalent professional experience.Previous experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry is highly desirable.
