Large-scale data center construction experience requiredMinimum 10 years of construction management experience, including at least 5 years as a General Superintendent on hyper-scale or mission-critical data center projectsExperience managing projects valued at $500 million or moreStrong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC, fire suppression, and security infrastructure in mission-critical environmentsProficiency with construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS ProjectExperience using construction management platforms such as Procore, ACC Build, PlanGrid, or similar toolsOSHA 30-hour certification requiredCPR and First Aid certifications requiredLEED AP or PMP certification preferredBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
