If you love the smell of fresh baked goods, the art of baking cakes, and the excitement of holiday rushes, this is the perfect role for you!What You'll DoPartner with the Bakery Manager to run daily operations of the Bakery DepartmentWork alongside our talented baking team to create gourmet favorites cakes, cookies, muffins, tarts, and special ordersLead by example, delivering exceptional customer service at our bakery counterEnsure all food safety and sanitation standards are metSupport hiring and training of bakery staff, with guidance from the Bakery ManagerMaintain production standards and keep displays looking beautiful, consistent, and appealingHandle customer concerns professionally and with careKeep operations running smoothly during high-volume times (especially holidays!)What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent; pastry chef training a plus3+ years of bakery experience, with at least 2 years in managementFood handler's license requiredStrong knowledge of bakery operations including hiring, training, and schedulingAbility to stay calm and organized under pressure (holidays don't scare you!)Excellent communication skills and a passion for great customer serviceComfortable speaking, reading, and writing in EnglishPerks & Benefits We take care of our team!
