Supply Chain Intern
The Supply Chain Summer Intern supports the Supply Chain and Operations teams by assisting with projects, data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and daily operational activities across our HVAC manufacturing and distribution network. This role provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, and logistics in a fast-paced environment. $21.00 PER HOUR; 10-12 week Internship, STARTING SUMMER OF 2026ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist with supply chain and operations projects, including planning, coordination, and milestone trackingCollect, organize, validate, and analyze data related to inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse performanceDevelop reports, dashboards, and visual summaries to support decision-makingSupport documentation of workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aidsParticipate in warehouse observations to identify opportunities for efficiency, safety, and accuracy improvementsConduct research and benchmarking to support supply chain initiativesProvide administrative and operational support for purchasing, logistics, and warehouse functionsAttend team meetings, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasksMaintain accurate records, files, and project documentationCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams including warehouse, manufacturing, and procurementPresent project results and recommendations at the conclusion of the internshipQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the below essential duties satisfactorily.
