Title: Change Advisory Project ManagerLocation: Onsite 2-3 day/week in Smyrna, GAType: Full Time / Direct Hire Salaried RoleOverviewOur client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process within their IT organization. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, including collaboration with VP‑level executives, and a proven ability to drive governance and decision‑making across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in ServiceNow from a process standpoint (not development) and a solid foundation in ITIL best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate the Change Advisory Board (CAB) process, ensuring effective evaluation, prioritization, and approval of enterprise IT changes.Partner with senior stakeholders and VP‑level leadership to align change initiatives with business objectives and risk tolerance.Manage end‑to‑end CAB governance, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow‑up actions.Utilize ServiceNow to oversee change management workflows, approvals, and reporting — focusing on process optimization rather than technical development.Apply ITIL framework principles to strengthen change management practices, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.Provide clear communication and reporting to executive stakeholders, highlighting risks, impacts, and readiness for implementation.Drive continuous improvement in change management processes, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder confidence.QualificationsProven experience leading CAB processes in enterprise IT environments.Strong stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success engaging VP‑level executives.Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Change Management from a process perspective.Solid understanding of ITIL practices, with emphasis on Change, Incident, and Problem Management.Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.About GSquared Group:Shouldn’t your recruiting partner put as much effort and value into your career as you do?
