Job DescriptionAlliance Industrial is proud to partner with a Food Manufacturing company that has been a Cuyahoga Falls staple for over 35 years. You will play an instrumental role in the manufacturing of baked goods.Pay Rate: $14-$18/hr depending on position and shift (see below for details)Shift Hours:6:00am - 6:00pm8:00am - 8:00pm7:30pm - 5:30amFood Production Associates RequirementsPay Rate $14-$16/hrStrong attention to detailQuality control and InspectionPackaging of items in plastic containersWorking in a close environment with other staff membersAbility to stand for the duration of their shiftHeavy lifting may be required Mixing Associates Requirements Pay Rate - $17-$18Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divideMust be able to add volume (quarts, cups) and weight (pounds, ounces)Follows standard operating procedures to scale appropriate ingredient needs as dictated by the recipePerform pre-operational and post-operational checks of areaTracks ingredient lot/batch codesExamines materials or products for foreign objects and/or defectsRejects defective products, tracks and marks defective productJob EssentialsMust have the ability to read and follow instructions and recipes.Must be able to troubleshoot problems and work well in a team environment.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequentlyMust be able to communicate issues with team leaderMust achieve certification/proficiency on all equipment:Pallet jack, scale, bowl lifts, kettles, pumpsEach position has expectations to set up portions or all of the line, changeover cleaning, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, and end of shift cleaning.This is why associates love working with Alliance Industrial.Finding a job can be a drag, but it doesn't have to be.
